scrapbook #august 2023
We set off nice and early, excited about what our day would bring. To be honest, I was worried. It was going to be an expensive woodland walk with fancy props for £30. Did I make a mistake? Would the kids love it or hate it and be bored?
As soon as we parked up and put on our wellies, we saw a beautiful peacock strutting around freely in the grounds. I was not quick enough to get a photo, sadly. Although, I do have many photos from the day, hence this August scrapbook will be in many parts.

We actually had an awesome couple of hours with over 150 photos. I hope you enjoy looking at them!

Just a few of the dinos.

There’s more, much more!

That’s just the animated version of it. Quick pics or scroll below for the full slow experience.
We encountered these little creatures on our way in.

We then found some hungry dinosaurs. The kids forgot not to feed them.

A few farm animal props.

A little Alice in Wonderland. My favourite part.

Pirate time, arrrr!

Next we brave it through the jungle.

Bit of a Mish mash really..

At this point they wanted individual pictures.

I love how, as we were walking around, Warren started to pose for the pictures, playfully punching the superheros in the groin and much more. We shared a good laugh.
Now for some Arthurian legend.

Always with his hand in the mouth and the funny faces, he really made this day out fun.

What’s this? Star Trek or maybe Star Wars? I’m not a fan, but the props are cool.

A bit of Darth and straight on to the aliens.

UNICORNS! Just need a rainbow now.

Yes that is John Wayne, we must be in a western

High tides and good vibes. When I say “pose for the photos,” I mean it’s totally spontaneous, with no prompting from me at all.

I may have positioned him for this one !

SUPERHEROS! Have you sat on Spidermans knee lately?

I laughed so much when he did this, clubbed by a caveman. I’m still chuckling.

Thank you both for a truly awesome day. I love you both more than all the grains of sand in the world!

That’s it and that’s all, thank you for stopping by.
