Flying Kites in Kirkstall

There wasn’t a whole lot of wind to propel the kites, but when they started running around, those kites flew fantastically. I have quite a few videos. The kids ran about for three hours with their kites and loved every second of it.

Parkplay

We decided what Park-Play was all about. I registered us all, and we went along. Warren had some fun playing football. The first time we went there, we were the only ones there, and they only stayed for an hour. We stayed longer since we had a picnic and the day was hot. Sadly, Pandora did not engage with the team on any visit. After that, it seemed to fall apart with illnesses and broken-down cars, so it’s quite hit and miss. I don’t recommend wasting your time unless you’re one of their crowd; it’s quite cliquey.

Xane is such a gorgeous little man.

When the children raid your nail varnish box and you have to paint 40 nails some multi coloured.

We also started going swimming. Pandora didn’t like it the first time, but after that, she loves it, especially tipping buckets of water over my head!
