So i set off on my little jaunt along the Leeds and Liverpool canal, this been my first ride in about 10 years i didn’t want to push it too much, any locals will know the walk from Amen corner to Kirkstall road, its about 2 mile.

There i was pedaling along enjoying the breeze in my face when along came a group of professional riders in there fancy gear with their upmarket bicycles looking good, and here i was some what less on my £25 bike with no safety helmet probably looking exhausted.

Surprisingly these cyclists were very friendly and put their hands out to high five me, which i tried to but got wobbly, it was sooo funny.

Then a bit further on and i see a familiar figure walking towards me, its our Steph walking Leo how unexpected, coincidence?

The rest of my journey was uneventful until i tried getting off my bike oooooopppps  I’ve got jelly legs, but i survived, i can do this, i will do this.
